Privacy Policy

The data controller is Brew Games. For any privacy request, contact us at ufuk@brew-games.com.

• Account data: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account’s email, name, and profile photo.
• Profile data (some optional): display name, nickname, preferred playing position, and optionally your country/city, gender, and a profile photo you upload.
• Activity data: your event registrations, venue check-ins, tournament and match results, ratings (ELO), trophies, and team/organization memberships.
• Messages: direct messages and team/organization chat messages you send within the App.
• Presence: a recent “last seen / online” timestamp while you are active in the App.
• Technical data: account identifiers and session tokens needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not run ads.

We do not collect your device’s precise or background location, and the App contains no third-party advertising or analytics-tracking SDKs.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To run the core service: events, registrations, check-ins, tournaments, brackets, leaderboards, ratings, and trophies.
• To let you message other members and join clubs/teams.
• To show your public profile, ranking, trophies, and online status to other members of the club.

Legal bases (where GDPR/KVKK applies): performance of our service agreement with you, our legitimate interest in operating the club platform, and your consent for optional fields you choose to provide.

Brew Foos is a club community. Other signed-in members can see your display name, nickname, profile photo, city/country (if provided), position, ratings, rankings, trophies, and online status, and can receive messages you send them. Do not put anything in your profile or messages that you would not want other members to see.

• Service providers (processors): we host the App’s database, authentication, and storage on Supabase. We use Google only when you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in.
• No sale of data. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising.
• We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing ufuk@brew-games.com. Because tournament and match history belongs to other players too, we honour deletion by anonymising your profile — removing your name, email, and photo and replacing them with an anonymous label — rather than erasing shared competition records.

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access to data is enforced at the database level by row-level security policies, so members can only access what they are permitted to see.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email ufuk@brew-games.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
